2) Send your player CV using our template by filling in your information into the appropriate blanks. Please include your picture where indicated.

3) Send your application fee of $100 if within the United States (refundable only if you receive no letter of acceptance-fee goes towards your training fee balance), with a check or money order made payable to FARA, and send along with your completed physical application form to:

Upon receipt of your application fee, we shall proceed with processing your application and determine your qualification for the program and desired destination club. The remaining training fee balance shall be due within 14 days of receipt of your letter of acceptance into the Pro IFX program.

All applicants must also be sure to have a valid and current passport, have money in the bank to verify to the foreign embassies if applicant is applying for a travel visa, and be able to obtain medical insurance before their trip departure.
